Already completed Presenting To Influence?
Presentation coaching is an ideal next step if you have previously attended one of our workshops.
It gives you the opportunity to apply the frameworks you have learned to a real presentation with focused, individual support.
We can provide coaching without you having attended a Presenting To Influence workshop.
If you are looking to build broader presentation and communication capability, we do recommend attending a Presenting To Influence workshop first.

Our three phase approach
When a presentation matters, having someone help you shape the message, refine the content and rehearse the delivery can make a significant difference.
Our coaching is confidential, personalised and completely focused on your presentation, your audience and what you need to achieve.
The coaching follows a structured three-phase approach built around one real presentation, focusing on the three things that matter most: what you say, how you say it and how confidently you deliver it.
We work with you from the early thinking through to the final rehearsal, helping you communicate with greater clarity, confidence and influence.

Plan
Get clear on what you want to say
Before building or refining slides, we start with the messaging.
In this one-hour session, we work with you to clarify the purpose of your presentation, understand your audience and identify the messages that matter most.
Together, we develop a clear plan on a page that gives your presentation structure and direction before you start building your slides.
You gain: A clear plan for what you want to say and how the presentation should flow.

Develop
Turn your plan into a strong presentation
Once your presentation has been developed, we work through it with you to make sure the content supports the message and it easy for your audience to follow.
During the one-hour session, we review the presentation together to refine the structure, clarity and messaging.
Following this, the Positive Persuasion team completes a more detailed review and provides recommendations to strengthen it further.
You gain: A stronger, more focused presentation and clear recommendations for finalising your content.

Rehearse
Practise how you will deliver it
With the content in place, the final phase focuses on delivering the presentation with confidence.
In this one-hour sessions you will rehearse the presentation and the Positive Persuasion team will provide recommendations for verbal and non-verbal communication improvements including phrasing, tone, pace, pauses, posture, gestures and overall presence. The aim is to help you sound natural, credible and confident, whilst making deliberate choices about your delivery.
You gain: A rehearsed presentation, practical delivery adjustments and greater confidence in how you will present on the day.
