Some families pass down recipes. Ours passed down communication and public speaking skills. Now we have decided that 30+ years of unpaid training should probably count for something.

Margo is our mum, so you could say our training started before we could walk.  Growing up, we watch Margo help professionals and leaders become clearer, more confident and more influential communicators.  That work was built on a simple belief that still shapes Positive Persuasion today:  great communication comes from clear thinking, purposeful messages and the confidence to deliver them well.

It probably comes as no surprise that as Margo's  daughters we ended up building careers around people, communication and development too. Alexandra and Jacqueline each took different paths through organisational psychology, strategy, leadership and capability development, working across industries and around the globe.

Positive Persuasion now brings those experiences together.  We understand the environments our clients work in because we have worked in them too, from boardrooms and major organisations to operational teams, leadership programs and professional learning environments.  

Our approach remains deliberately practical. We help people clarify what to say, how to say it and how to build the confidence to deliver it well. We use practical methods, personalised feedback and real workplace situations to help people develop a communication style that feels natural, credible and effective.
